Salary Scheme:

Basic: $2300-$2700 + GUARANTEED COMMISSION

Job Description:

As a Sales Support Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in our team's success by handling various administrative tasks efficiently and contributing to a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Printing invoices and food tags
• Assisting the sales executive team in order processing
• Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp
• Guiding customers through the ordering process
• Inputting sales orders into our system
• Responding to customer feedback
• Sending menus and proposals to customers
• Ad hoc duties by sales manager

Work-Life Balance:

Enjoy a balanced work schedule with four weekdays and one weekend day (work from home on weekends). You'll collaborate closely with a team of four colleagues who share the same responsibilities. Additionally, individual and group commissions, with potential earnings of up to $2,000.
