Sales Support Assistant (Training Provided/ Expo/ 5 Days/ Up to $3000) - Hiring Immediately

Responsibilities

• Handle all sales support inquiries arising from sales and shipping personnel, factory, customers, transporters, and warehouse.
• Liaise closely with the parties mentioned above to complete the fulfillment of the order according to established systems and processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Issue sales documents, send them to customers, and maintain soft/hardcopy records in a proper manner.
• Perform data entry and amendments on the integrated system as necessary.
• Support the sales team to communicate with customers and factories to ensure compliance with ontime delivery to the customers.
• Use the internal system and extract the information required by the sales team.
• Meets with other departments to make sure that sales and admin procedure are doing correctly.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
• Training Provided
