Sales Support Coordinator (US MNC North) - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Additional Information: 

• 5 day Mon – Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) 
• Basic + AWS + VB + other benefits

Responsibilities:

• Attend to all phone/email sales enquiries from customers.
• Process customer quotations and orders in an efficient and timely manner.
• Responsible for order fulfilment and ensuring accurate input of sales order & purchase order to the system.
• Close follow up with respective suppliers on the order & delivery status.
• Process export documentation for shipments to other region.
• Process documentation for L/C negotiation (when applicable & with the guidance from team members).
• Liaise with warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customer orders.
• Generate billings on a timely basis for all orders that were completed.
• Support Sales team to meet their monthly forecast target.

Requirements: 

• NITEC or Diploma in Business studies or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience in order processing and export shipping
• Knowledge of L/C processing will be good to have but not a must. Training will be provide for candidates with L/C knowledge. 
• Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills.
