Sales Support Executive [North 5 days] - Hiring Urgently

Summary:

• Salary: $2.600-$3.500
• 5 days, 9 am - 6 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Create the proposal and the necessary documentation, including the purchase order, sales order, and quotation.
• Offer administrative assistance for duties connected to sales, such as system upkeep.
• Help with customer service (when needed, deal directly with customers)
• Collaborate with the procurement team to secure the best terms and pricing to complete sales.
•  Arrange with other interested parties to guarantee that expectations are met and the project is finished on time.
• Track and report on the performance, problems, and advancement of the project, taking necessary remedial action.
• Delivery arrangements, including DDP and sample delivery to the customer.
• Handle phone conversations and correspondence (letters, emails, shipments, etc.)
• Find and manage local orders as well as those for whom we don't have a local office.
• Give the design team the sales artwork brief and inquire about the status of the artwork.
  
   

Requirements:

•  1-2 years in Administrative Sales Support background
• Candidates with experience handling multiple product revisions, factory liaisons, and purchase requests for customized products are preferred.
