Job Description:

• Answer phone calls, file documents, and check/print emails.
• Handle administrative work & process of PO/DO/Invoicing.
• Arrange shipments and ensure smooth delivery.
• Assist in compiling catalogues and presentation slides.
• Provide quotation extensions to clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients for samples and catalogues.
• Collaborate with project team and report to Sales Manager for daily tasks.

Requirements :

• Min 0 - 2 yrs experience
• Candidate with retail / telesales / sales administration / familiar with billing duties will have added advantages
• Candidate with no work experience are welcome to apply!
• Immediate Starter will be an advantage
