Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Director to develop our business in the local market through partner ecosystem development and direct enterprise sales.
This role focuses primarily on building strategic partnerships with system integrators, IT service providers, and software distributors, while also leading key enterprise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Development
Build, train, and lead the Southeast Asia sales team.
Coach team members on the value proposition of AI office software and solution-based selling techniques.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process to improve overall productivity and per capita performance.
2. Revenue Achievement & Client Management
Develop and execute regional sales strategy, breaking down annual and quarterly targets (new customer acquisition, ARR, renewals, and upsell).
Ensure the team consistently achieves 100% of assigned quotas.
Personally manage key accounts across financial services, professional services, and large Hong Kong enterprises; lead negotiations and contract closures.
Effectively demonstrate the value of AI office software in improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Maximize customer lifecycle value by driving upgrades of AI modules and user expansion, improving retention rate and Net Dollar Retention (NDR).
3. Sales Process & Cross-functional Collaboration
Optimize the Southeast Asian sales process and collaborate closely with product, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless conversion from lead generation to customer onboarding.
Manage the sales pipeline through CRM systems and provide regular forecasts and performance reviews to the Regional Director.
Gather customer feedback on AI features and work with the product team to enhance real-world application scenarios of AI office solutions.
Requirements
1. Experience & Background
5–8 years of B2B SaaS regional sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
Prior experience in selling office software, collaboration tools, or AI enterprise solutions is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Hong Kong enterprise procurement processes; existing client networks in financial services, professional services, retail, or technology sectors are a plus.
Proven end-to-end sales experience, from lead generation and solution presentation to RFP/RFQ processes and contract closure.
2. Skills & Competencies
Results-driven, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas; experience in building or scaling teams is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English, and Mandarin, with excellent cross-cultural communication and C-level negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models (subscription, ARR, renewals) and a data-driven sales management approach.
Ability to clearly articulate the core value of AI office software solutions.
3. Education & Certifications
Diploma or above; degrees in Business, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
Relevant certifications in sales or project management are a plus.
