Salary: SGD 4,000 – SGD 5,000 per month (Performance-Based)

Job Description

As a Sales Team Leader, you will lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve outstanding sales performance while ensuring excellent customer engagement and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Coach and mentor team members through daily training and field guidance.
• Drive sales performance and achieve team targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Leadership or team management experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
