Sales Technical Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region.
• Travelling to visit potential clients (local & overseas).
• Maintaining business relationships with existing customers, ensure the revenue and profit targets of the company are met
• Explore opportunities for different market segments, networking with potential new customers. 
• Negotiate and close deals and handle contractual agreements.
• Coordinating, Achieve and monitor sales targets and goals set by Manager/ MD
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
• Manage any conflicts arising by providing solutions to resolve issues.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• Offering after-sales support services
• Solving customer issues (Sales & Technical)
• Provide hands-on technical & application support to customer on product line. (Training will be provided)
• Provide technical back up to the service team on site when necessary.
• Working with service team to perform equipment retrofitting and replacement work at site
• Work with technical department to write and submit service report, inspection report and work completion report in timely manner
• Supporting sales manager in data analysis and sales presentation

Requirements

● Candidate must possess at least Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic or equivalent combination of education and experience.

● Proven Field Service experience (preferred)

● Entry Level are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

● Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service mechanical equipment

● English literacy

● Ability to work flexible hours and to adapt to changing work schedules

● Familiarity with tools and its applications

● Able to read basic electrical/hydraulic diagram

● Only Singaporean preferred

● Possess a class 3 driving license
