Sales Telemarketer

Job Scope:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
• Introduce our products/services and articulate their features and benefits effectively.
• Qualifying leads and passing them on to the sales team for further conversion.
• Schedule appointments for sales team and confirm any previously scheduled appointments.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update/build the customer database with relevant information.
• Data entry and lead collection from websites
• Able to make around 150 calls per day

Requirements

• Experience in telemarketing/B2B calling is a must
• Some IT knowledge required
• Remote work arrangement (Work from home in Malaysia)
• Training provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to start work by end June

5 day work week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am-6pm)

Pay: RM3,000 - 3,300 per month
