Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business solutions by leveraging industry, function, and business expertise. Deliver functional and application designs that align with business needs.
• Ensure that solutions accurately represent both current and future business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities within business processes
  
  Qualifications
• The Business Analyst shall have at least a Diploma, with at least three (3) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
• The Business Analyst shall be a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
• The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System.
• The Business Analyst shall be a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
