Salesforce QA Engineer

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the Salesforce platform, integrations, and custom applications
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and business analysts to ensure timely resolution
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across different Salesforce instances (e.g., sandboxes, production).
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and customisations
• Participate in release management activities, including smoke testing and post-deployment validation
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
• Proven experience with Salesforce testing tools and methodologies
• Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred Certification: Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce (e.g. Selenium, Provar, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
