Sales Manager – Hair & Beauty Salon

We are looking for an hands on experienced and passionate Sales Manager to lead our salon team and drive business growth across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide professional customer consultations and recommend suitable hair, beauty, and chemical treatment services.

* Achieve monthly sales targets through excellent customer service and product recommendations.

* Manage daily sales operations across multiple salon outlets.

* Lead, motivate, and train the sales and service teams.

* Promote salon packages, memberships, retail products, and premium services.

* Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.

* Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

* Prepare sales reports and monitor outlet performance.

Requirements

* Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in hair styling and chemical treatments (colouring, rebonding, perming, keratin, scalp treatments, etc.).

* Strong sales background in the hair and beauty industry.

* Excellent customer consultation and communication skills.

* In-depth knowledge of professional hair care products and salon services.

* Experience managing multiple salon outlets is highly preferred.

* Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays, as these are our busiest business periods.

* Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

* Fluent in English and additional language to communicate with a diverse customer base.
