cbs Singapore is the subsidiary of cbs, a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. We deliver high-end quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations that run SAP. Currently, we are looking for an SAP BRIM Consultant to join our team.

Position: SAP BRIM Consultant – Convergent Charging Specialist
Location: Singapore (PR/Citizen) / Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Employment Type: Contract (8 months) / Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate business workshops to gather and document requirements, mapping them to SAP Convergent Charging capabilities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to align requirements and system functionality.

• Identify solution gaps, propose enhancements, and recommend workarounds to optimize billing and charging processes.

• Design and configure charging rules, rate plans, rating algorithms, and complex pricing models.

• Coordinate with technical teams to integrate Convergent Charging with other SAP BRIM components (e.g., Convergent Invoicing, Subscription Order Management) and external systems.

• Apply best practices in revenue management and pricing models within the SAP Convergent Charging framework.

• Ensure seamless solution design integration with other SAP modules, including FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable), and external systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or any related discipline.

• At least 7 years of professional experience in SAP Convergent Charging within the SAP BRIM environment.

• Completed at least 3 end-to-end SAP BRIM implementation projects.

• Solid understanding of billing, rating, and charging processes.

• Experience in designing complex charging rules, rate plans, and pricing models.

• Good understanding of integration with SAP BRIM components (Convergent Invoicing, SOM) and SAP FI-CA.

• Hands-on project experience in S/4HANA is an advantage.

• Knowledge in programming languages such as ABAP is an advantage.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
