SAP Business Analyst (PP/QM/SOTC) - Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences

About our client: Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company.

About the role:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into SAP requirements.
• Support SAP S/4HANA and ECC-related implementation and enhancement projects.
• Analyse business processes across manufacturing, quality, and order-to-cash functions.
• Develop and manage business requirements, process flows, user stories, and requirement traceability documents.
• Support SAP workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional specification reviews, and solution evaluation.
• Collaborate with global IT teams, business users, and external vendors to deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Lead and support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, scripts, and test data preparation.
• Support activities related to master data, data governance, risk assessments, and project documentation.

About you:

• 5–8 years of experience in SAP Business Analysis, SAP implementation, or ERP transformation projects.
• Strong experience working with SAP modules:SAP PP (Production Planning)SAP QM (Quality Management)SOTC / Order-to-Cash processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC environments.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with system integrators and external vendors.
• Good communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing is an advantage
