SAP S/4 HANA P2P Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA P2P Consultant with a solid background in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and SAP Financial Accounting (FI) specializing in accounts payables. Knowledge of SAP Ariba is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining our procurement to pay processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency in our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement, configure, and maintain SAP S/4 HANA P2P processes, focusing on accounts payables and invoice management.

2. Design and implement OpenText VIM solutions to streamline vendor invoice processing.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Ariba solutions for improved procurement processes.

4. Conduct requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis for P2P processes.

5. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials.

6. Provide expert advice and support for SAP FI, focusing on accounts payable modules.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP P2P and OpenText VIM.

8. Conduct training sessions for end-users and maintain a knowledge base for continued learning and support.

9. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and updates, recommending improvements to existing systems.

10. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy.

11. Support RFP process for P2P / Ariba with required Functional expertise and solutioning. Able to draw out and map functional process flow.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an SAP S/4 HANA P2P Consultant, with strong expertise in OpenText VIM and SAP FI (Accounts Payables).

3. Knowledge of SAP Ariba or other Cloud procurement solutions is highly desirable.

4. Strong understanding of procurement to pay processes and best practices.

5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

7. SAP certification in relevant modules is an advantage.
