SAP Sales Administration Specialist

Gradiant International Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated SAP Sales Administration Specialist to join our team in Boon Lay, West Region. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will play a vital role in managing data within the SAP S/4 HANA system, specifically focusing on the Sales and Distribution (SD) Module.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Management:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for data management within SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring accurate and up-to-date master data in the Sales and Distribution Module.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and maintain essential information, acting as the data steward for new requests.
2. Collaboration with Regional Sales Team:
   • Work closely with the regional sales team to gather data and feedback for SAP S/4 HANA implementation, acting as a liaison between internal teams and providing necessary support.
3. Super User:
   • Become a super user of SAP S/4 HANA in the SD Module, providing expertise and guidance to internal teams.
   • Conduct training sessions for end-users on data management best practices.
4. Process Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvement within data management and collaboration workflows.
   • Collaborate with the development team to enhance data-related functionalities.
5. Reporting:
   • Generate and maintain reports related to master data, feedback from internal teams, and system performance.
   • Contribute to the development of meaningful insights based on gathered data.

Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience in data management within SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in the SD Module.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially the regional sales team.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate information exchange between teams.
• Previous experience as a super user or providing system support is a plus.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
