Job Description - SAP SF - Solution Architect

Role Summary:

Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
  • Solution Architecture: Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback.

  • Process Ownership: Leads end-to-end module or functional process delivery.
  • Integration Oversight: Owns end-to-end integration validation and troubleshooting.
  • QA Governance: Owns QA cycles; sets standards and review discipline.
  • Project Reporting: Owns project reporting and drives transparency across stakeholders.

  • Task Ownership: Takes initiative, flags risks, and ensures timely delivery.

  • Mentoring: Coaches peers and guides best practices.
  • People Development: Gives structured feedback and supports growth.
  • • Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • • 10+ years in HRTech consulting.
  • • Multi-module expertise with proven pre-sales and solution ownership experience.
  • • Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • • Proven track record in people development and practice capability building.
  • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
