SAP Specialist (SD/MM/WM) - Hiring Immediately

A newly created Regional SAP Specialist has emerged with our international manufacturing client. This position integrates expertise in SD, MM, and WM technical areas with advisory responsibilities encompassing sales and logistics. The incumbent will be required to enhance proficiency in related modules such as SM/QM and PP to become a system expert overseeing the entire supply chain process, advancing to higher levels of responsibility. Additionally, the role will involve supporting diverse projects, including adjustments to core business processes and implementing significant functional improvements.

The Role

You will serve as an expert in the capabilities, functionalities, and detailed configurations of the SD/MM modules, demonstrating a profound understanding of sales and logistics business processes, along with proficient knowledge in related areas like production and basic finance. Your responsibilities will include project management, training on sales and logistic modules, and providing helpdesk support. With a professional approach, you will navigate the complete development cycle, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose, develop, and test system solutions, conduct key user training, and ultimately deliver high-quality solutions. Your work style is structured and methodical, ensuring the creation of appropriate documentation and training materials tailored to each solution. As part of system support, you will exhibit flexibility and a proactive attitude in resolving occasional urgent issues. Moreover, you possess strong project management skills, capable of managing and supporting complex projects within tight deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

Your Profile

You must have a Degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant qualification and 4 years of demonstrated track record in a relevant setting, showcasing accountability for overseeing the SD, MM, and WM modules within a multinational organization, spanning at least 2 full project cycles. Possess robust project management capabilities and adept presentation skills. Proficient in hands-on configuration and development within SAP's SD, MM, and WM modules, along with comprehensive understanding of other supply chain functions and interdependencies. Familiarity with user exits and ABAP, coupled with knowledge in related modules, provides a distinct advantage. We also require someone with the flexibility to travel. To be successful in this role, you must have solid interpersonal skills, proactiveness, team engagement and great training/ coaching skills.
