SAP Supply Chain Lead

Your Role & Responibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Supply Chain implementations, rollouts, and S/4Hana transformations
• Manage project delivery across modules such as SAP MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, IBM
• Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Define and architect scalable SAP supply chain solutions aligned with business requirements
• Drive solution workshops, blueprinting, and design sessions
• Provide thought leadership on supply chain trends, digital transformation, and SAP best practices
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Translate business requirements into technical SAP solutions
• Influence strategic decisions at the client leadership level
• Support business development and pre-sales activities including proposal development, solutioning, and client presentations
• Identify opportunities for further engagement and value creation
• Support capability building and knowledge sharing within IBM Consulting

Required Technical & Professional Expertise

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain solutions
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA)
• Deep functional expertise in at least 2–3 modules (MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, IBP)
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes:ProcurementDemand & supply planningManufacturingLogistics & distribution
• Experience working in consulting environments with global clients
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation programs
• Knowledge of SAP Digital Supply Chain tools (IBP, Ariba, EWM, TM)
• Familiarity with integration technologies (API, middleware, SAP BTP)
