Job Description

• Location: West 
• Working Hours: Office Hours
• Duration:6-months renewable / convertible 

JOB SCOPES:

• Process application forms for the financial aid scheme efficiently and accurately.
• Verify and review supporting documents submitted with applications to ensure completeness and compliance with requirements.
• Follow up with applicants to obtain any missing information or documentation.
• Edit and update accurate information onto the processing system for loans applications and travel awards.
• Assist in answering role-based emails and phone calls related to financial aid enquiries.
• Provide financial counseling and recommend appropriate financial aid schemes through assessment of students' needs.
• Perform sorting and filing of documents to maintain organized records.
•  Assist in completing ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean (s) only.
• Must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline.
