School Support Operation

The Services required are set out as follows:

The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:

a) To assist the Ops Manager in the following:

i. Opening and closing of classrooms and learning resource rooms.

ii. Carry out checks of teaching and learning facilities including toilets.

iii. Carry out checks and reporting of equipment/fixtures unserviceability.

iv. Accompany MOE term contractors eg Pest control, Electrician, plumbers

for mosquitoes breeding inspections and maintenance/repair works.

v. Feedback on quality of work performed by contract cleaners and

maintenance personnel.

vi. Assist in logistics support for school events and functions.

Perform traffic warden duty.

Requirement:

1. Able to understand simple English.
2. Strong and healthy.
3. No experience is required as OJT will be provided.

Duration/ working hours:

12 months contract ( 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

Mondays to Thursday: 7am to 4pm inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
Fridays : 7am to 3.30pm inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays.
