Scientist – Process Development & Analytical Sciences (CAR-T)

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Scientist to join our Process Development & Analytical Sciences team. This is a high-impact role where you will help improve manufacturing processes and develop critical assays that ensure the quality and performance of our CAR-T products. 

What You’ll Do 

• Develop and optimize CAR-T manufacturing processes, including cell culture and viral transduction 

• Design and execute experiments to improve CAR-T cell persistence, potency, and durability 

• Develop, optimize, and qualify analytical assays for product characterization and lot release 

• Perform key laboratory techniques including ddPCR, flow cytometry, and primary T cell culture 

• Work with retroviral systems for cell transduction 

• Analyze data using Prism and JMP and present findings clearly 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and research
