SEA Strategic Planning & Operations Lead

1)Performance Insight 

•Own SEA performance rhythm: KPI packs, dashboards, QBR/MBR materials andleadership-ready performance narratives.

•Analyze sales, access, uptake, forecast, market and operational trends;identify variance drivers, risks, opportunities and recommended actions.

2)Strategic Execution

•Frame ambiguous business problems by clarifying facts, assumptions, options andimplications before leadership decisions are made.

•Translate leadership decisions into owners, milestones, timelines, risks andescalation paths across SEA markets and functions.

•Orchestrate Medical, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Commercial, GM and JAPACstakeholders early to avoid late-stage blockers.

•Track delivery risks and unblock cross-functional issues without creatingunnecessary reporting burden.

3)Planning & Governance

•Drive SEA prioritized agenda governance and decision cadence; maintain focus onthe few enterprise priorities that need leadership intervention.

•Support Budget, Forecast, QBR and LRS storyline development with clear businessimplications and recommended trade-offs.

•Coordinate launch and pipeline governance for key strategic launches only;delegate routine admin and logistics to support roles.
