Seafarers Recruitment and Operations Junior Executive 

Job Responsibilities

1.           Assisting in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions on ships

2.           Coordinating with recruiting agencies, maritime schools, and online platforms to attract potential candidates.

3.           Ensuring all required documentation, including passports, visas, medical certificates, and licenses, are complete and up-to-date for recruited seafarers.

4.           Managing compliance with international maritime regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to crewing and recruitment processes.

5.           Coordinating the deployment of seafarers to assigned vessels according to crewing schedules and operational requirements.

6.           Liaising with shipowners, ship managers, and port authorities to facilitate crew changes, repatriation, and crew welfare matters.

7.           Monitoring crew performance, welfare, and compliance with onboard regulations, and addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.

8.           Serving as a point of contact for seafarers, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring effective communication between crew members and shore-based staff.

9.           Maintaining accurate records and databases of crew information, including personal details, certifications, training records, and employment history.

Experience preferred but not a requirement. Training will be provided and guided by the Operations Senior Executive.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in MS office especially in Excel, Word
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Both spoken and written)
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, meticulous, team player, positive working attitude.
