Office Management and Organization: Maintain office files, documents, and supplies, ensuring efficient operation and organization.
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and executives, including preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes.
Communication and Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and mail, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Administrative and Executive Support: Provide support to senior management, including drafting documents, managing databases, and handling confidential information.
Event and Project Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and projects, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Able to converse and write in English and Mandarin.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Well-versed in government portals (MOM, CPF, etc.) is a plus.
