Secretary [Japanese Speaking/ Up to $7k]

Responsibilities: 

Secretary to MD】 60%

• Attend meetings as MD's assistant
• Prepare Minutes
• Expense claim
• Arrange overseas travelling (eg: Hotel booking, flight booking etc.)
• Schedule adjustment/Internal and external conference adjustment /Assorted dinner 
• Attend business dinner with the MD for customers

【Admin】40%

• File documents
• Assist other Japanese managers for admin matters
• Data entry

Requirements: 

• At least 2 years of secretary experience or customer service experience
• Experience in attending business dinner and client entertaining
• Proficient in MS office
• Willing to go on business trip
• Proficient in Japanese in order to translate, liaise with Japanese third parties
