Security Manager

• Supervise and lead a team of security officers and pass office officers.
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure adequate coverage to meet security and pass office requirements.
• Develop and implement security protocols, procedures, and policies to safeguard company operations.
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.
• Lead the response to security incidents and emergencies, working closely with the team to implement appropriate measures.
• Stay current with all relevant security regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Security Management) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in security management
• Knowledge of relevant security regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations and security incidents.
