Our Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of its unique tailor-made service, recognized by customers and the market alike. Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to handle the banking operations of demanding customers. 

At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a Selenium Test Automation Engineer in charge of automating test scripts using Selenium Web Driver and Cucumber

👨‍🔧 Your responsibilities

• Design, develop & maintain automated test scripts using Selenium Web Driver and Cucumber
• Implement and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools Jenkins and Gitlab
• Execute automated tests suites, analyse test results and report defects in a timely manner
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and new technologies in automated testing and CI/CD, and contribute to the adoption new tools and techniques
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on automation
• Creation and maintenance of miscellaneous utility tools needed by Test Factory

🧙‍♂️ Your core competencies

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent


• Minimum 4 years proven experience in automation testing with tools like Selenium Web Driver and Cucumber


• Strong ability to analyze and solve problems and/or suggest solutions


• Strong appetite for non-stop learning


• Dynamic, proactive, sense of initiative


• Interpersonal skills to work with various cross functional teams


• Ability to work independently and/or prioritize tasks in fast paced environment
