Semicon Facilities Engineer, Electrical – URGENT - Rapid Progression

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily utility services provision, including electricity, water, and air conditioning, ensuring continuous support for organizational operations. 
• Oversee the operation and upkeep of facility-related machinery and systems, including the Chilled Water System, Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), electrical systems, Building Maintenance System (BMS), security cameras, and access control.
• Execute isolation procedures for electrical (415V and 6.6kV circuit breakers/switchgear) and mechanical systems (valves) to facilitate safe maintenance activities. 
• Organize collaborations with external contractors and the company's Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) for conducting electrical maintenance during plant shutdowns. 
• Collaborate with production teams on fixing, enhancing, and renovating facilities as needed. 
• Engage with senior management to plan and implement upgrades and replacements of facility equipment. 
• Respond to service requests and complaints, conducting preliminary assessments and problem-solving to address issues.

Requirements:

• Min Degree Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant working experiences in manufacturing/semicon company
• Good technical skills in Electrical Facilities
• Able to work in a team.
