Key Responsibilities
- Domain Authority: Serve as the semiconductor domain expert for the Eureka Materials Agent, ensuring technical accuracy and industrial practicability for chip, device, and material reverse engineering scenarios.
- Workflow Definition: Partner with product teams to define real-world use cases, standardized analytical workflows, and industry requirements aligned with professional field practices.
- Logic Transformation: Collaborate with AI engineers to translate reverse engineering expertise into structured domain logic, standardized prompts, technical frameworks, and evaluation benchmarks (including decapsulation protocols, material identification rules, and competitor technology mapping).
- Knowledge Base Architecture: Build and iterate on domain knowledge bases, codifying professional judgment criteria, standard analysis protocols, and industry know-how into governable, reusable digital assets.
- AI Skill Packaging: Lead the design and packaging of semiconductor-specific AI Skills, establishing professional standards for intelligent retrieval, technical reasoning, and automated technical report generation.
- Output Validation: Validate AI-generated outputs to ensure analytical results are technically rigorous, industrially feasible, and consistent with global semiconductor technology trends.
- Optimization & Iteration: Participate in model evaluation and Bad Case analysis, providing structured domain feedback to continuously improve the AI Agent’s inference accuracy and output reliability.
- Intelligence Tracking: Track global competitor roadmaps and industry evolution, converting technical intelligence into actionable guidance for product iteration and strategic roadmap planning.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Science, Materials Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields, with solid foundational knowledge in device physics, process technology, or failure analysis.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor competitive analysis, process reverse engineering, device teardown, or industrial technology intelligence.
- Structural Thinking: Strong ability to synthesize complex technical experience into structured frameworks, reusable rules, and standardized judgment criteria.
- Soft Skills: Self-driven, pragmatic, and transparent working style, with genuine curiosity for AI-driven industrial innovation.
- Note on Coding: No programming, software engineering, or LLM training experience (e.g., Python, PyTorch) is required. Algorithms and engineering are handled by the AI team; your core value is serving as the 'domain brain' to define the strict logic frameworks our models must follow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional background from top-tier industry intelligence firms (e.g., TechInsights, Yole Group, Lumenci, Sagacious IP) or semiconductor manufacturer technical analysis / FA teams is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in knowledge base construction, business workflow mapping, and technical rule codification.
- Familiarity with semiconductor raw material databases, patent analytics tools, or industry technical data platforms.
- Prior experience partnering with cross-functional teams to translate domain expertise into digital or AI-powered product solutions.
- Strong interest in AI Agents, large language models, and industrial AI skill packaging.
