Senior Account Executive
Salary: $3000 - $4500
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Pasir Ris (Loyang Way Industrial Park)

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
• Liaising with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely submission of tax returns and compliance with tax laws.
• Managing GST/VAT filings and ensuring accuracy in tax calculations and payments.
• Participating in internal and external audits, addressing audit findings, and implementing recommendations for process improvements.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
• Supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff, providing guidance on accounting principles and best practices.
• Conducting training sessions to enhance the financial literacy and skills of team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Generally requires 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and management.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize workload effectively.
• Meet deadlines for financial reporting, tax filings, and other accounting responsibilities.
