Senior Account Manager (Sales) - Urgent Role

Job responsibilties:

• Accountable in managing existing customer accounts and payment dues
• Responsible to establish a long term relationship with end customer , ensure customer’s satisfaction through active engagement
• Constantly identifying gaps or new ways to improve customer’s experience
• Ability to up sell and cross sell to clients, perform sales forecast and annual budget with strong knowledge on sales processes
• Expected to provide quotations to customers, follow up till closure and achieving departmental sales KPIs
• Good understanding on products/solutions, capable to recommend customer alternatives
• Require to collaborate closely with Business Development, Supply Chain and Operation teams.
• Expected to be meticulous in details, an effective team player and motivated

Job requirements:

• Min. a degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in Fiber Optics/ Semiconductor/ Silicon Photonics or related industry
• Proven track record in closing sales, competence in sales/business development activities
• Proficient in using standard sales software programs and tools
• Good interpersonal skills and willing to go extra mile for clients
• Preferably technically knowledge in optical technologies and/or Silicon Photonics
• Moderate travelling maybe required
