SENIOR ACCOUNTANT cum ADMINISTRATOR - Get Hired Fast

We are the Asia-Pacific Head Quarter of a German pump manufacturer and established in 1998 in Singapore. We specialize in fluid handling products in various industries. Due to succession, we are looking for September/October for a highly motivated and independent individual to take up the following position:

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT & ADMINISTRATOR 

Job Summary: 

The successful candidate will manage and oversee execution of all accounting functions, management accounts compilation on monthly and yearly basis, support with the audit process, tax matters, legal and compliance filing and reporting requirements, as well as corporate work relating to and supporting the business 

Responsibilities: 

• All day-to-day Accounting & Finance functions within the company
• Handling of Payables and Receivables Accounts
• Prepare Intercompany transactions
• Perform bank and account reconciliations 
• Support of the auditors and tax agents
• Renewal of corporate insurances
• Involved in HR duties (such as Work Pass, Employee records)
• Any other HR and administrative duties as and when assigned

Requirements: 

• Only Singaporeans and P.R may apply
• Diploma or equivalent in Accounting
• At least 10 years working experience in Accounting 
• Ability to work with desktop and applications of common office software
• Good communications skills, good command of spoken & written English
