Senior Accounts and Finance Executive ( Full sets of Accounts/ SAP/ GST) LT2 - with Great Benefits

Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP/ AR/ GL)
  - Handling the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and   General Ledger functions in multicurrency.
  - Prepare monthly P/L and B/S report
  - Prepare audit /tax schedules
• Monthly/year-end Financial closing and quarterly report to head office in Japan
  - Consolidation package
  - Related Parties Transaction report
  - Sales Breakdown report
  - Bank Reconciliation
  - other report as and when required
  - assist in annual financial audit and responding to Auditors
• Reconciliation of account receivables and account payables against external parties’ statements
• Manage cash flow
• Support credit control
• Filling of taxes (corporation tax, withholding tax, GST, etc) and respond to tax authority, if any
  - Prepare and filling of GST
  - Prepare and Filling of withholding tax
  - attend to corporate tax queries from tax agent
• Maintain fixed assets register
• Letter of Credit (L/C)
  - Check and verify L/C as exporter
  - Present to the bank and respond if there is any discrepancies
  - Provide support to sales and marketing department
• Inter company billing
• Perform verification and staff claim reimbursement (travel, petty cash and etc)
• Work with Accounting team to ensure smooth operation of accounts and finance department
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in handling full set accounts
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, SAP System
• Ability to multi task and work independently
• Team player
