- Assist in online / wholesale invoice issuance and receipt
- Assist in retail outlets sales & receipts verification
- AR Reconciliation for LAC Webshop, Redmart, QOO10, Lazada, CBEC etc.
- Assist in Bank Reconcillation
- Assist in monthly accounts schedules / report preparation
- Assist in quarterly GST submission / audit & tax schedules preparation
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- AR experience preferred
- Proficient in English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking vendor
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline condition
- Possess knowledge and experience in MS excel and MS word
- Team player and good time management worker
