Job Description
- Handle AP/AR/GL functions for the assigned accounts
- Handle full set of account
- Perform month end and year-end financial closing activities
- Work closely with Membership Department
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders for Finance related matters
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Opening of investment accounts
- Provide support on various budget exercise, management reports and ad-hoc projects
- Attend Exco meetings
- Any other Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting with 3 to 5 years of finance working experience
- Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Sage 300 will be an advantage
- Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively
- Highly motivated, meticulous and organised
