Senior Accounts Executive

My client, an established local manufacturing company in Singapore is now seeking a Senior Accounts Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys contributing to the smooth functioning of financial operations.

As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial reporting, full sets of accounts, GST submissions, and credit control processes. You will also provide support for ad-hoc assignments as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare monthly financial reports to support management decision-making
• Monthly preparation and calculation of sales commission for the team
• Ensure timely and accurate GST submission and annual tax submission
• Monitor and manage credit risks, oversee collections, and ensure effective cash flow management.
• Handling operational banking matters such as monitoring bank account balances, preparation of cheques and bank transfer to vendors
• Assisting with annual stock take
• Support any additional finance-related tasks or projects as needed.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or related industry.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Navision is preferred for this role.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently.
