Senior Accounts Executive (Corporate Tax / MNC / 5 Days / West) - Immediate Start

• Working hours: 5Days – 8:15am – 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
• Working location at Joo Koon 

• Company transport provided at Joo Koon MRT

Job Scope

• Review all Accounts Receivable posting and facilitate Collection meeting
• Prepare Journal and reconcile General Ledger
• Assist in Month-end closing
• Handle Representative office accounts
• Estimate Quarterly Expected Credit loss (AR and Loan)
• Monthly GST submission and renewal of GTP and MES scheme
• Prepare and review audit schedules
• Prepare and review of Corporate Tax Computation and liaise with Tax Consultant
• Liaise with Banks for bank mandatory and all account matters
• Liaise with external auditors on statutory reporting
• Prepare for Government Statistic Report
• Monthly Reporting Schedules 
• Fixed Assets and Leasing (include Asset sighting)
• Backup for Credit Management
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager 

Requirement

• Diploma in Accountancy and above 
• 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience
• Hands on experience in SAP Software will be advantage
