Senior Accounts Executive - Defu Industrial City - Unlimited Growth Potential

• Position : Senior Accounts Executive - Defu Industrial City
• Location : Defu Industrial City
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + Performance Bonus + 15 Days Annual Leave 
• Duration : Permanent 
• Industry : Industrial Equipment Supplier

Main Responsibilities:

• Bank Reconciliations: daily receipting of EFT payments from Bank statements.
• Accounts Receivable & Credit Control: reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies, follow up and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
• Accounts Payable: processing Local supplier and Intercompany Supplier payments as approved by the Finance Manager.
• Reconciling supplier statements both Local and Intercompany.
• Petty Cash reimbursements.
• Create weekly reports AP, AR & Bank Rec for the Finance Manager.
• Data Entry and Recordkeeping: Enter financial data into the accounting system. Maintain accurate records of transactions and organize documents.
• Supporting the Finance Manager with Month-end processes as required.
• Other ad-hoc activities as assigned 

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accountancy
• 2 Years of relevant experience 
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
