Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Senior Accounts Executive (In-House).

Job Scope:

Responsible for company’s in-house accounting related work
Record receipts and payment in accounting software
Review /Prepare of month end payment and online banking transaction
In charge of month end closing and preparation of management report
Organize and prepare for AR collection meeting
Prepare/ Review GST quarterly submission
Drafting unaudited financial statements, XBRL Submission
Managing petty cash transactions
Prepare monthly sales report and compare sales variance.
Update cashflow report daily
Other ad-hoc duties related accounts matter as and when assigned
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in handling full sets of accounts
Candidates who are currently studying / attained Accounting Professional Certificate (ACCA, CPA are advantageous)
Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
Self-motivated and serious work attitude
Detailed and customer-service oriented
