Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) functions
- Handle partial spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Payment processing and data entry, review and match invoices to Delivery Order (DO) and Statement of Account (SOA)
- Liaise with suppliers for payment and costing matters
- Cost analysis and projection/management of finances related to Accounts Payable (AP)
- Manage personal claims disbursement
- Take on other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in business accounting or other related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft (excel, word, outlook) and ERP System.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
