• Position: Senior Accounts and Finance Executive - full sets of accounts (AP/ AR/ GL and L/C) - SAP
• Location: Pioneer Crescent - FREE COMPANY PICK UP
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5300 + AWS + GOOD Variable bonus + Medical Insurance + Dental benefit + Company bus pick up at designated pick up point + Monthly transport allowance from home to company + Monthly mobile allowance

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions in multicurrencies.
• Monthly/year-end Financial closing and quarterly report to head office in Japan
• Reconciliation of account receivables and account payables against external parties’ statements
• Manage cash flow
• Support credit control
• Filling of taxes (corporation tax, withholding tax, GST, etc) and respond to tax authority, if any
• Maintain fixed assets register
• Handling of Letter of Credit (L/C)
• Inter company billing
• Perform verification and staff claim reimbursement (travel, petty cash and etc)
• Work with Accounting team to ensure smooth operation of accounts and finance department

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in handling full set accounts
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, SAP System
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
