Senior Accounts Payable Analyst | International Financial Services Firm | Singapore

We are partnering with a growing international financial services firm in Singapore to hire a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join its regional finance team.

The Role

This role supports accounts payable activities across APAC entities and sits within a lean, collaborative regional finance function. It is a hands-on, operational position with regular exposure to regional stakeholders and established end-to-end AP processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing vendor invoices and maintaining accurate AP records
• Supporting payment runs and settlement processes across multiple jurisdictions
• Managing vendor queries and day-to-day communications
• Assisting with intercompany billing and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and compliance requirements
• Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements within AP

• Approximately 3–8+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations
• Background in financial services, asset management, banking, or a multinational environment preferred
• Strong Excel skills (reconciliations, lookups, data handling)
• Comfortable working in a structured, deadline-driven environment
• English required; Mandarin is an advantage due to regional stakeholder interaction
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and keen to build a long-term career within a stable finance function

• Competitive base salary in the range of SGD 5,000 – 10,000 per month, depending on experience
