Senior Admin cum Operation Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Admin cum Operation Executive to join our team. Senior Admin cum Operation Executive in a travel agency will oversee administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth day-to-day activities. This role involves managing office tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, supporting customer service, and ensuring efficient operations within the agency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics and operations activities
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor and track travel itineraries and schedules.
• Handle the company's hotline (24/7 while the guest is on the ground).
• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Handle complaints and provide timely resolutions
• Implement and improve operational procedures and best practices.
• Facilitate effective communication between departments
• Provide administrative support to the operations and customer service teams.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignment and project as and when necessary.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative and operational role, preferably within the travel industry.
• Need commit on weekends / public holiday – Shift Work
• Proficient in timeline management and ensuring timely delivery of services
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications
