Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Leftcurve Labs Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Analyst to support the company's business and technology initiatives through data-driven insights, strategic analysis, and research. The successful candidate will analyse complex datasets, evaluate business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business strategy, product development, and operational decision-making.

• Collect, validate, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.

• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, financial models, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

• Perform market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.

• Develop forecasts, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, finance, and business development, to evaluate project performance and recommend improvements.

• Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Support business planning, budgeting, and investment evaluations through financial and analytical modelling.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical methodologies and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, data analytics, financial analysis, consulting, or a related analytical role.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.

• Experience with data analysis, financial modelling, forecasting, and performance reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools is an advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to senior stakeholders.

• Strong project management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
