Senior Analyst / AVP, CDDG KYC - SMBC

Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC Periodic Review for Corporate customers, Financial Institution customers, and Wealth customers.
• Perform Customer Updates for Corporate Customers
• Coordinate between relevant parties such as Relationship Manager, KYC Checkers, Compliance team to complete review in timely manner.
• Liaise with internal / external stakeholders where additional documents needed.
• Ensure compliance to policies and procedures when performing day to day activities.
• Coordinate and/or prepare the required management information reporting data as applicable
• Other tasks as assigned by Group Head / Team Lead

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with experience in corporate/ project finance KYCs preferred.
• Certifications in AML would be an added advantage.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements pertaining to KYC/ AML eg MAS Notice 626.
• Meticulous, proactive, organized and motivated.
• Team player who is able to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with internal and possibly external customers
