We are seeking an AI Data Scientist to design, develop, operationalize and evaluate machine learning and generative AI solutions that drive business value and innovation. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with a deep understanding of data science, model deployment, and modern AI frameworks.

The AI Data Scientist willcollaborate with data scientists, and business stakeholders to transform AI models into scalable, production-ready generative AI applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver AI-drivensolutions for business problems.
• Evaluate or develop evaluation frameworks for external AI vendorsolutions to ensure performance, compliance, and alignment with business needs.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models tosolve business problems.
• Operationalize and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines and infrastructureusing modern tools and frameworks.
• Support MLOps and LLMOps practices including model deployment,monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure AI systems comply with responsible AI, data privacy, and governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in AI engineering, machine learning and data science.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Practical hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks  and a broad range of tools to assist in the AI development lifecycle: Hugging Face, Lang Chain, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools for AI systems
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills
