Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partnership

The Senior Analyst in Finance Business Partnership will play a strategic role in supporting business decisions through financial insights, analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the business by providing insights on financial performance and operational metrics.
• Prepare and analyze budget forecasts, management reports, and variance analysis to support the decision-making process.
• Collaborate with business units to develop financial models and scenarios to evaluate potential business initiatives.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of cost optimization strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, assess trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Participate in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including monthly reporting and quarterly reviews.
• Provide financial training and guidance to non-financial stakeholders to enhance financial literacy across the organization.
• Any other tasks as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or business partnering, preferably in an MNC environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
