Job Description - Senior Anaplan Model Developer & Business Analyst

Lead and manage end-to-end Anaplan model development, from design through deployment and support.
Act as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
Translate complex business scenarios into efficient, scalable Anaplan models with minimal performance issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales Ops, IT, and Data Engineering to ensure successful model integration and alignment with business objectives.
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate design workshops, and drive consensus on system functionality.
Troubleshoot data and integration issues; ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
Contribute to UX/UI optimization of Anaplan dashboards to enhance user experience and decision-making.
Ensure all model designs align with Anaplan best practices and COE governance frameworks.
Stay up to date with Anaplan platform enhancements and drive continuous improvements in solution design.

5+ years of experience as an Anaplan model builder, with 2+ years of experience in a business analysis role.
Anaplan Certified Model Builder Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3.
Preferred: Master Anaplanner or Anaplan Solutions Architect certification.
Proven experience in at least one full-cycle Anaplan implementation.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of upstream/downstream process impacts.
Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices as they relate to Anaplan dashboards.
Experience with system integrations, APIs, and troubleshooting data discrepancies across source systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and user training sessions.
