Senior Applications Specialist, IT Corporate & Hotel Applications - Hiring Urgently

Key Responsibilities

1. To provide support and deliver enhancements for end users according to the agreed timeline.
2. Work closely with the business analyst team to gather, define, and document proposed technical solutions for the business requirements.
3. To analyze requirements, assess designs, recommend and develop solutions, and document technical solution specifications.
4. To provide project status reports, including progress, issues, and recommendations.
5. Research and recommend new technologies and approaches in software development.
6. Manage end-to-end project implementation together with internal and external teams, including Business Users, IT-PM, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and vendors.
7. Provide 24x7 production support and troubleshooting, as needed, to internal or external users and vendors.

Requirements

1. University degree in the field of computer science, information systems or software engineering.
2. Having 3 or more years of hands-on working experience in project implementation and team management for IT, Business Users, and Vendors.
3. Having working knowledge of 2 or more successful project implementations with complete SDLC.
4. A self-starter who is assertive, capable of handling concurrent projects, and must be able to manage multiple simultaneous tasks while prioritizing multiple requests.

6. Strong proficiency in ERP end-to-end implementation experience.
7. In-depth knowledge of ERP such as Financials (AP, AR, GL, AA, CM, and Budgeting), Material Management (PR, PPO, GR), and Integrations.
8. ERP certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
9. Must be proficient in handling issues/support functions.
10. Conducts user requirements gathering, blueprinting, and documentation designs. Follows IT best practices and ERP functionality best practices.
